Deployments & delivery

We operate directly in regions we know well. Outside that, we require qualified last-mile partners with proven field capacity and clear accountability.

How deployments work

Direct delivery where we have established presence; qualified partner networks everywhere else.

01

Direct regions

We deliver directly in regions where we have established field presence and know local fuel, supply chains, and conditions.

02

Partner regions

Outside our direct regions, we work through qualified last-mile partners. We require demonstrated field capacity and clear accountability.

03

Installation & training

Every deployment includes user training. We keep installation simple — no specialist tools required.

04

Spares & support

Critical wear parts are available. Field serviceability is designed in from the start.

Typical rollout flow

From first call to scaled deployment — a consistent process whether we deliver directly or through a partner.

01

Program fit call

Scope, geography, fuel type, and user profile agreed.

02

System selection

Model, options, and training approach confirmed.

03

Pilot batch

Typically 100–500 units. Review before scale.

04

Scale phase

1,000–5,000+ units per phase via fabrication partners.

05

Support & reporting

Spares, follow-ups, and optional monitoring.

Last-mile partner requirements

We do not work with partners who lack the capacity to execute. These are the baseline requirements for any regional last-mile partner.

  • Established presence in the target region
  • Field staff capable of household installation and training
  • Reliable payment collection or pre-funded procurement
  • Transparent reporting — delivery proof and field performance data
  • Clear accountability structure before deployment begins

If you are a qualified last-mile partner, see our partnerships page.
