Partnerships for regional scale

We prefer strong regional partners for last-mile delivery and program execution in regions where we do not have direct field presence. We are selective — and we are honest about what we need from a partner to make it work.

Deployments & delivery

Ideal partner archetype

We work well with partners who already have field presence and accountability — and who want a technically capable supply partner, not a product relationship.

NGO / CSR program operator

Organisations running clean-energy household programs who need a reliable supply and technical partner — not just a product vendor.

Regional distributor with service capacity

Field-present distributors who can handle last-mile delivery, basic installation support, and spare part supply in regions we do not directly serve.

Carbon project developer

Developers who need technically sound systems for validated fuel-switch methodologies. Carbon integration is optional — but we can supply into programs where it is required.

Government procurement integrator

Entities that integrate supply into government scheme procurement — district or state level — who need documentation, consistent quality, and delivery reliability.

How we structure partnerships

We have operated in enough contexts to know what works and what does not. We are direct about structure and expectations.

Supply only (preferred)

When terms are secure and delivery is pre-funded, we supply. Clear, low-complexity, and preferred where the partner has strong field capability. Suitable where last-mile delivery and payment collection are managed by a competent regional partner with field teams and reporting capacity.

Supported rollout

Where we participate in QA, training design, and rollout planning alongside supply. Appropriate for partners with field reach but limited technical experience with biomass systems. HCS participates in QA oversight and training, but last-mile execution remains local.

Shared-risk (limited, selective)

We will participate in shared-risk arrangements selectively. We require clear accountability milestones, delivery proof, and strong partner track record. Reserved for selective partnerships with demonstrated field performance and transparent reporting systems.

We require clear accountability, delivery proof, and honest communication at every stage. We have adjusted our approach after experience with underperforming partnerships — and we now qualify new partners carefully before committing resources.

Propose a partnership

Tell us your region, your existing field capacity, the type of program you operate, and what you need from a supply partner. We will respond honestly about whether there is a fit.
