Systems matched to the application

Three application groups. We help you select the right system and delivery package for your programme.

Winter warmth for cold-climate communities

For households where reliable seasonal heating is essential. EcoMini and Hotbox options are matched to the home, fuel and delivery setting.

EcoMini biomass heating and cooking stove

EcoMini

Compact household heating and cooking for cold-climate programmes

  • Established in completed Sustain Plus programmes (2,075 units across two programmes)
  • Designed for Himalayan and high-altitude household conditions
  • Suitable where space and fuel access favour a compact system
Hotbox Basic room heating stove

Hotbox Basic

Compact winter heating with a flat top for light cooking

  • Simple multipurpose form factor for room heating and light cooking
  • Hotbox-1 and Hotbox-2 are available when a programme needs a different Hotbox size — confirmed during assessment
  • Exact variant, costing and delivery package confirmed per programme

Year-round cooking, with heat when needed

Eco-Duo with Heat Box combines dual-burner biomass cooking with an integrated heat box for room warmth. Particularly relevant to lower-altitude and cold-region homes where cooking is the primary year-round use and heating helps in cooler periods.

Eco-Duo with Heat Box

Year-round dual-burner cooking with integrated heat box for room warmth

  • Integrated heat box plus dual cooking surfaces on one unit
  • Mild-steel build with air vent control, removable ash tray and flue connection
  • Assessed against household routines, fuel and vessel requirements before recommendation

Heat box and dual cooking surfaces are part of the same unit — useful for year-round cooking with warmth in cooler periods.

Dedicated biomass cooking

Eco-duo 1+1 and Eco-duo 1+2 are cooking-focused systems with concurrent pot surfaces. We assess household routines, fuel and vessel requirements before recommending a model. Multiple pots do not imply commercial-kitchen capacity.

Eco-duo 1+1 dual cooking stove

Eco-duo 1+1

Dual cooking — one pot on top and one on the side

  • Two dishes can cook at once while the unit also warms the room
  • 1+1 pot layout (top + side) for household cooking programmes
  • Model recommendation follows assessment of fuel, vessels and kitchen layout
Eco-duo 1+2 triple cooking stove

Eco-duo 1+2

Triple cooking — 1+2 cook-top layout for larger households

  • Three cooking surfaces for households that need more concurrent capacity than 1+1
  • Suitable for larger households and similar domestic settings — not a commercial kitchen specification
  • Exact suitability confirmed with technical data during programme design
